Hi there, my name’s Naseera! I’m a UQ student in my final year of the Doctor of Medicine program and completing the Masters of Public Health Program. I’m a proud Brisbanite with a multicultural background and have been fortunate enough to have lived, studied and travelled abroad quite a bit. This year, I’m honoured to be: the UQ Student Representative on the QMWS committee, the SWIM UQ 2018 Advocacy and Liaison Officer and the SWIM UQ 2019 incoming President.
SWIM UQ (Supporting Women in Medicine) is a student society that recognises the unique challenges females face within the field of medicine and so provides numerous academic, networking, professional development and community events for medical students.
